How long does individual therapy typically take?
Most clients see meaningful improvement in 8β12 sessions. However, some people find value in shorter-term work (4β6 sessions for specific issues) while others prefer longer-term therapy. Your therapist will discuss this with you in the first session based on your goals.
Can I do therapy in Hindi?
Absolutely. All our therapists are fluent in both Hindi and English. Many clients prefer to speak in Hindi β it feels more natural when discussing deep emotions. You can also switch between languages within the same session.
Is online therapy as effective as in-person?
Yes. Multiple research studies confirm that online therapy (via video call) is equally effective for most conditions, including anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship issues. The key is consistency and the quality of the therapist-client relationship.
Will my family find out about my therapy?
No. Everything you share is strictly confidential. We do not disclose any information to family members, employers, or anyone else without your written consent. The only exception is if there is a serious risk of immediate harm β which we will always discuss openly with you first.
How much does a session cost?

Do I need a referral from a doctor to start?
No referral needed. You can directly book a free consultation with us. If your situation requires a psychiatrist alongside therapy, we will guide you appropriately β but for most people, therapy alone is the right starting point.
